An affiliate of VEIL Interactive Technologies, VCP's rights assertion mark is one of the primary content protection technologies under consideration by Congress in the "Analog Hole" legislation; also know as the Digital Transition Content Security Act of 2005. This legislation is designed to plug the "Analog Hole" -- the problem that occurs when protected digital content has to be converted into analog in the clear to be viewable on television sets in consumers' homes.
