The award, with one base year and three option periods, and worth up to $49 million, was made under the U.S. Navy's SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) contract vehicle. With the award, CACI continues to expand its acquisition and program management support business with DARPA and the Department of Defense.

Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC (RTSC) announced April 24, 2006 it will team with McNeil Security to offer private security screening services to airports across the country. RTSC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raytheon Company (NYSE:RTN), and McNeil Security Inc., a subsidiary of McNeil Technologies, will offer a wide range of airport security services to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) including passenger and baggage screening services.
